Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase on the Services If you have a problem with an order or purchase, please contact us as described on our websites or apps You agree that: (i) Chicbes may, in accordance with its refund and returns policy, issue a refund to resolve any problems with your order, including the contents of an item listing or the item's delivery or condition; and (ii) if you wish to pursue any other remedy, you must seek that remedy directly from the applicable merchant Except as described in the terms of use of Chicbes, Chicbes cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees, including without limitation those not paid to Chicbes, such as customs, taxes as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.


Return Process:


1. Please contact Customer Service on our APP with the item(s) you want to return and explain the reason.


2. After we apply the return request for you, please pack the items which you want to return with the original packaging.


3. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your package.


Return Conditions:


1. You have 7 days to decide if the product is suitable for you, if you want to return it, please contact us within 7 days after receiving.


2. Returned items must be in unused condition with their original packaging. We do not accept return products that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.


3. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your package.


4. We do not accept returned items without a return request.


5. The following items are non-refundable:(Swimwear, Lingerie, Loungewear, Mommy Supplies, Maternity Wear, Baby Products & Accessories, Kids Toys, Flash Sale, Freebies.)


6. We currently only support returns and provide door-to-door pickup service in Kigali


7. You can get a full refund without dispute if:


① Wrong or missing items


② Damaged or stained items


③ The product size does not match the order


④ There is obvious color difference between the product and the picture

1.Refunds are only applicable to product returns, other charges such as shipping.

3.Why the refund amount is different?

The reasons for the different refund amounts are as follows:


① In the case of return, we will only refund the amount of items.


② The refunded item amount is the amount after using the discount
